Booking Process

Stage 1 – Provisional Enquiry
Contact Netball X Events to discuss the festival, available dates, age groups and accommodation options 07872 499 626 or BOOK now via Step 2 -
Stage 2 – Team Registration
Complete the Team Registration Form and pay the £50.00 tournament registration fee. -
Stage 3 – Confirmation Email
Once your team place is accepted, the Group Leader will receive a confirmation email from Netball X Events with Booking links for secure your Accommodatio -
Stage 4 – Final Balance
Pay all remaining tournament and accommodation balances no later than 10 weeks before the festival. Share Information with Your Group. Share the Terms & Conditions, policies, event information and payment deadlines with all parents, guardians and participants.

Accommodation: You can choose to book accommodation as a family or request team accommodation *limited options. Team accommodation typically includes 2 or 3 adults and up to 8 children in a suitable option, such as a caravan, lodge or large hotel room, with possible linked access.

Families can also book separately from their child’s team while still being part of the festival weekend and enjoying all the extras Theme Pass park passes etc

Step 2
Form & Deposit
Complete the Team Registration Form, making sure you select the correct dates, age groups for the 2026/2027 season, and your preferred accommodation booking option.

£50.00 tournament fee to be paid on completion of this form.

Step 3 Accommodation
The group leader will receive an email confirming the team place. This email will include the relevant links to proceed to book your accommodation options at the selected Gulliver’s Theme Park.

Accommodation deposits will be advised within the confirmation email typically £50.00 per person will be requested at the time of securing your accommodation option. Your accommodation booking deadline will also be advised by Netball X Events but is typically 2–3 weeks after your team registration has been accepted.

Final balance payments are due 10 weeks before the festival (Team Tournament Fee & Accommodation balances)

We value the importance of multiple matches, fixtures will be carefully considered based on level of play, Bring your teammates, coaches, family and supporters along to enjoy a fun, friendly and competitive day of Netball.
Arrival 8:45amÂ
The first fixtures are scheduled to begin at 9:30am on the Saturday, so teams should arrive in plenty of time to register, warm up and prepare for the day’s action.
The tournament runs throughout the day, with matches taking place across multiple courts to keep the action flowing and minimise waiting times

Alongside our participation medals, each player on the winning team will receive a winners’ trophy in recognition of their achievement. We’ll bring everyone together for our presentation ceremony to celebrate the hard work, teamwork and sportsmanship shown across the tournament.
